*Stocks in Action:*
*Eternal Ltd.:* Eternal is seeing improving growth visibility across its core food delivery and quick commerce businesses, with the company’s $1 billion FY29 EBITDA guidance providing a long-term framework for earnings growth. Food delivery is showing early signs of market-share gains after several quarters of stable share, while margin improvement in the business provides further support. Blinkit continues to remain a key growth driver, with the company targeting 60% NOV CAGR over the next three years. The quick-commerce business also provides significant operating leverage as the network scales, while newer businesses such as Going-Out add further growth optionality. The company continues to demonstrate strong competitive positioning across its consumer internet businesses, supported by its established food delivery platform and rapidly expanding quick-commerce franchise. *Positive on Eternal given improving food-delivery momentum, strong Blinkit growth, potential margin improvement and increasing contribution from newer businesses.*
*Titan Company Ltd.:* Titan entered FY27 with a resilient jewellery market backdrop despite elevated and volatile gold prices, with weddings, festivals, rising disposable incomes and increasing formalisation continuing to support organised jewellery demand. The high gold-price environment is also driving a shift towards lightweight, lower-caratage and studded jewellery, while mandatory hallmarking is supporting the migration of market share towards organised and branded players. Titan’s consolidated sales increased 40.3% YoY to Rs. 20,787 crore in Q1FY27, while consolidated income grew 29.3% to Rs. 21,502 crore. The jewellery business, which contributes around 90% of the company’s business, recorded 29.7% YoY growth in revenue to Rs. 19,002 crore. Going forward, the company’s focus on showroom expansion, premiumisation, strengthening its studded and diamond portfolio, improving inventory and cost efficiency, and expanding its presence across newer geographies provides multiple avenues for sustained growth. *Positive on Titan Company given the resilient jewellery demand environment, strong growth in the core jewellery business, continued industry formalisation and opportunities from premiumisation and network expansion.*
