The Government of India is set to sell a 2 percent stake in IRFC, including a greenshoe option of an additional 1 percent stake, via offer-for-sale on June 24-25. The floor price has been fixed at Rs 91 per share.
Patel Integrated Logistics has approved the proposal to buy back up to 60,00,000 equity shares, at a price of ₹18 per Equity Share for an aggregate amount of up to ₹10.8 Crores, on a proportionate basis through the “tender offer” route. The Company has fixed Tuesday, June 30, 2026 as the record date.
