CG Power and Industrial Solutions Ltd: CG Power and Industrial Solutions Ltd. delivered a strong Q4FY26 performance with revenue growing 25% YoY to Rs. 3,442 crore, EBITDA rising 30% YoY to Rs. 544 crore and PAT increasing 32% YoY to Rs. 362 crore. The company continues to benefit from healthy order inflows across transmission & distribution, power infrastructure, railways, industrial capex and renewable energy, with Q4 order intake rising 39% YoY to Rs. 5,335 crore. Looking ahead, one of the most attractive growth drivers is the rapid buildout of data centres in India, which is expected to drive significant demand for transformers, switchgear, power distribution equipment and energy management solutions. Industry demand remains supported by investments in infrastructure, residential and commercial real estate, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and data centres, despite near-term volatility arising from commodity prices and global uncertainties. The company is also building a long-term growth platform through its semiconductor OSAT venture, with commercial production targeted over the next few years. Positive on CG Power and Industrial Solutions Ltd. given strong order momentum, rising exposure to data centre and power infrastructure investments, and additional growth optionality from semiconductor manufacturing initiatives.
ICICI Bank Ltd: ICICI Bank delivered another quarter of healthy earnings with standalone Net Interest Income growing 8.4% YoY to Rs. 22,979 crore, while asset quality improved further with gross NPA declining to 1.40% and net NPA to 0.33%. Alongside its strong core performance, the bank is well placed to benefit from the RBI’s recently announced FCNR deposit swap facility and relaxation in FCNR deposit rate ceilings. The measure comes at an opportune time as rising money market and bulk deposit rates have narrowed the spread between domestic and foreign currency deposits, making FCNR deposits increasingly attractive for NRIs. The bank has already raised FCNR deposit rates up to 6.00% and, given its strong international presence and established NRI franchise, is expected to garner a significant share of incremental inflows. Higher FCNR deposits can strengthen liquidity coverage ratios, support funding requirements, ease pressure on domestic deposit mobilization and contribute to rupee stability through higher foreign currency inflows. Positive on ICICI Bank Ltd. given its strong earnings profile, pristine asset quality, robust capital position and favourable positioning to capitalize on the RBI’s FCNR-focused initiatives.
