*HUDCO Ltd.:* India’s urban infrastructure financing cycle remains supportive, with rising government spending on housing, urban development and infrastructure creating sustained demand for long-term institutional financing. Management has guided for full-year disbursements of Rs. 65,000 crore, alongside its roadmap to expand the loan book to Rs. 3 lakh crore by 2030. The company is also broadening its lending opportunities, with a five-year agreement with the Government of Bihar to finance up to Rs. 25,000 crore for industrial parks. In Q1FY27, revenue increased 26.6% YoY to Rs. 3,717 crore and operating profit rose 41.4% to Rs. 1,066 crore, while PAT stood at Rs. 851 crore. *Positive on HUDCO given strong disbursement growth, expanding financing opportunities, improving operating performance and increasing visibility on loan-book expansion.*
*Hyundai Motor India Ltd.:* Hyundai Motor India delivered its strongest monthly volume performance on record in September 2026, dispatching 77,916 vehicles across domestic and export markets, marking 10.8% YoY growth, while also opening bookings for the new Hyundai Bayon utility vehicle. Management had guided for 8–10% volume growth and an operating profit margin of 11–14% for FY27, with the company implementing a portfolio-wide price hike in September to offset elevated metal costs and protect unit realisations. Rural demand remained a key growth driver, increasing 23.2% YoY in Q1FY27 and taking rural contribution to a record 25.9% of domestic volumes. However, Q1FY27 operating margin declined to 9.3% from 13.3% YoY, while net profit fell 35.1% to Rs. 889 crore, impacted by a fire at a key parts supplier that disrupted production of 13,900 vehicles. *Positive on Hyundai Motor India given improving monthly volumes, strong rural traction, new product launches and pricing actions to protect realisations.*
