NRB Bearings Limited announced the release of pledged equity shares by promoter Harshbeena Sahney Zaveri.
A total of 69,00,000 shares (7.12% of total capital) were unpledged on June 11, 2026, released by Tata Capital Limited, due to pre-payment of loans.
Additionally, 1,27,00,000 shares (13.10% of total capital) were unpledged on June 12, 2026, released by Aditya Birla Capital Limited, also for pre-payment of loans. This reduces the total encumbered promoter holding.
⚡ NLC INDIA FULLY COMMISSIONS 1,980 MW GHATAMPUR THERMAL POWER PROJECT
• The 660 MW Unit-3 of the Ghatampur Thermal Power Project has commenced commercial operations from June 13, 2026
• With this milestone, the entire 3×660 MW (1,980 MW) project is now fully operational
• The project is being developed by Neyveli Uttar Pradesh Power Ltd, a joint venture between NLC India (51%) and UPRVUNL (49%)
• Following the commissioning, NLC Group’s total installed power generation capacity has increased to 8,405 MW from 7,745 MW
• The project is expected to strengthen power supply in Uttar Pradesh and improve NLC India’s long-term revenue visibility
Iran USA update by Iranian news paper
Iranian newspaper Khorasan said any potential agreement between Tehran and Washington would merely postpone, not resolve, the broader conflict between the two countries.
In an editorial, the paper argued that a deal at this stage should be viewed only as a mechanism to halt the current hostilities rather than address the fundamental disputes between Iran and the United States.
“The conflict between Iran and America, and particularly between Iran and Israel, has evolved into an existential struggle that will ultimately end only with a decisive victory for one side,” the newspaper wrote.
Khorasan added that negotiations and diplomatic agreements are unlikely to alter that trajectory, describing them instead as a temporary pause before what it called a “final confrontation.”
